Legal
Terms of Service
By using Versus you agree to these terms.
Versus gives amateur and club cricketers a place to score matches, build a player identity, generate player cards, and share results. By creating an account or using the app you agree to use it lawfully, to keep your login secure, and to be responsible for the content you upload and the activity on your account.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
Versus has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise unacceptable content and behaviour. You may not upload, post, share, or transmit content that is offensive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or that harasses, bullies, or abuses any other person. You may not impersonate others or use the app to abuse, intimidate, or harm other users.
Every user can report objectionable content and abusive users from within the app. We review reports and act on every report within 24 hours, including removing the content and ejecting (banning) users who post it or who behave abusively. We may suspend or terminate an account immediately and without notice for any breach of this policy.
User content and your responsibilities
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload, and you grant Versus the licence needed to store, process, and display that content (including generating an AI player card from your photo) so the app can function. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photo and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Service and changes
The app is provided on an "as is" basis. We may update, change, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. For how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy. For account help, contact us through Support.
This page is a launch placeholder and should be replaced with the final legal terms text before a broad public rollout.
